Great customer service when checking in n out ....room was big an spacious ,..bed was very comfortable an plenty of hot water also the housekeeping staff found my credit card an brought it out to me ....will be stay there again the backside should of have plants an stuff painted to give it a better view. Overall everything was awesome. Keep up the good work.

Worst Hotel I ever stayed in. They failed to tell me when I made reservations that they were doing renovations. We got to the site it was late in the evening and the parking lot was full of what appeared to be construction workers sitting around in groups drinking beer. We got into the building we were checked in by a man without a mask on. Then told to go up the steps to the second floor but watch out for wet paint. The floor had been pulled up in the stairwell and there were carpet tack strips everywhere to step on. When entering the room the smell of mold and cigarette smoke hit us in the face. The carpet was dirty and looked as if it had been put in there for our use. It was not tacked down and was pulled away from the wall. The coffee maker was sitting right next to the commode in the bathroom. So I was NOT using that. The blowdryer did not work, no air just smoke came out of it. When we turned down the covers on the bed there was hair in one of the beds. We went down the next morning to eat breakfast in a room full of carpet and construction stuff. And was told that we had to eat in our room. That room was full of the construction people eating and grabbing food over top of you. None of them had a mask on and there were no gloves to handle the utensils with on the bar. We were told that there would be grab and go wrapped food on this bar but there was nothing pre-wrapped or available to eat that had not come in contact with someone else's unkept hands. We departed from this hotel with and uneasy filling and would never again stay at this nasty place

For 120 per night I expected SO MUCH MORE. The website showed a king room available with a pullout couch. When we called to confirm our reservation he advised they did not have one, but did sent a fold out cot. Nothing terrible about that honestly. We get settled in the room, and the power flickered as if a bad storm was around for 2 hours, there was no storm. The wifi does not work for longer then 20 minutes at a time. And the bed they brought? 2 maids returned 4 hours later to take it back saying someone else needed it. After taking my sons bed for the night, they proceeded to say we would be partially refunded but nothing has come of that. After taking the bed, the folks above us were slamming the floor as if they were directing a new episode of a Johnny Knoxville show. We called the front office to simply ask if they could ask the room to quiet down, we had an 8 year old kid in our room trying to sleep. The front office literally asked us what did they want us to do about it and did we want to change rooms at 3? and then disconnected the call. The stomping, dropping, and running didnt end until 5am. The bathroom is disgusting, water stains in the shower and behind the toilet with a puddle of water SITTING underneath the sink pipe and dirty wash cloths. These are beach front prices in the middle of nowhere with a MUCH NICER hotel literally across the road - save yourself the effort and go there!!

Housekeeping is awesome and the manager is very good and accommodating
