Half of my interactions here - it’s like they have absolutely no clue what’s going on and the other half are so rude that I wish I could talk with someone else. They’re consistently late even after having my script for days, they never coordinate with dr. offices like other pharmacies. They do not answer simple questions I have about my medications.nnThey were so vague and unhelpful at one point I called my friend who used to be a pharmacy tech and now works in health insurance. She could not understand why the folks here didn’t run my medication through my insurance and when pushed about it they were just running it through a discount card and not my actual insurance. My friend said switch pharmacies ASAP which I will, this location is closer to my work but not worth the consistent hassle. Yes, this industry is frustrating but I have no idea why you would go into this line of work and not do your job and then also make it harder on others.

People working here are rude , the guy Jose is very rude. .... among other things .. very slow service . Takes days to get prescriptions filled . Once they do get prescriptions filled always late calling you for pickup.. poor service. Will start sending my prescriptions to wal-mart
