CVS

My review reflects this CVS pharmacy only. The front of the store is very helpful unlike the pharmacy.nI had a picture of the product I needed, the gal at the pharmacy said they didn't carry it or offer an option. I asked if another CVS might carry this product, which would only be stocked by the pharmacy. She said she didn't know. I asked if she could call since it would a 20 minute drive. She said, no, since she didn't have a bar code.nHello, I had a picture, the name andnspecifics.

I have had this CVS location as my pharmacy for years. They have ALWAYS been helpful, friendly & very professional every time I've been there. I have never had a problem with the people or the service I received. Having worked in retail myself, I really appreciate their customer service. I can only guess that the people who had problems with this store must have gone in with a bad attitude to begin with or wanted something that was against store policy which employees weren't allowed to provide. I would highly recommend this CVS.

Came into this location yesterday evening to grab me some candy and cash back. My quick visit here became upsetting when I was singled out by the associate Cathy. She served the customer in front of me no issue but when it was my turn to checkout she became upset and tried to tell me what I can and cannot purchase or get cash back! This is a saddening event because I feel as though I was picked out due to the color of my skin! This is very disappointing that an associate can treat paying customers in any manner they please. I hope things improve at this location!!

Was so happy to get my scripts tonight even though it was late and coming from med express the pharmacy staff help me and my boys to get our medicine !! Thanks alot!!
