Ive been using this Kroger Pharmacy every month for well over 10 years and have never had a problem nor an unhappy or disgruntled employee helping me. They are fast, reliable and all around great employees. Not to mention that out of all the pharmacies I've tried, they're the cheapest. Keep up the good work!
One of the slower pharmacies in Lynchburg. Try CVS or Walgreens up the street.
I'm not sure what has happened here in the last couple of months, but I am switching pharmacies. Nothing but bad customer service, lack of care, and incompetence. If you get something filled here, save some time and just ask to speak to a pharmacist. The technicians are either new or mean.
