Hard to get anyone on the phone to talk to in pharmacy. I usually call the toll free number to talk to someone that can help me. Pharmacy actully put my meds back in the shelf before the time was up up! Once again, I toll free number and they had to fix it again!

WORST IN THE STATE!! I guess they had employees that stole narcotics so now they won’t fill meds until exact day.. even though that’s not statewide policy!! OFTEN “loosing” your script or sending it back... needs to be reported to state!

2 years of dealing with them. Worst CVS ever. Pharmacy staff is so arrogant. And they never answer the phone hold times of 30-45 minutes.

This is the worst CVS pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Every time I call in a prescription through the automated service, it's never filled. I have to wait in line for at least 30 minutes every time, even after I've received confirmation that my prescription is ready for pickup. EVERY TIME I call I have to wait for at least 15 minutes for someone to pick up the phone. Today, I called four times, waited for someone to pick up, when they finally did, they HUNG UP on me!!! I'm taking my business else where. Never again will I use CVS pharmacy!!!! They deserve ZERO stars, but I had to rate at least one to be able to post this review. By the way, this it the first review I've ever posted on any service...this is how bad I despise their customer service!
