I have been going to the CVS on Timberlake Road for many years. The pharmacy is too small for the amount of business that they do. They are walking on top of each other trying to get the medications ready for pickup. The people that work up front are always friendly and helpful. I know they don’t know my name but they always are nice. The whole store needs to be larger when checking out people are in the way of others trying to show. I went by there today at 3 to get my flu shot and it was crazy ud83dude1c please give all the people there a congratulations for doing such a great job.
Excellent pharmacy for Covid-19 vaccines!
Absolutely the worst drug store for service, I have ever dealt with. The pharmacy is to under staffed, my insurance requires I use a CVS so I have to use them ,or drive across town to another store. It all comes down to management.They need to make a change.
My doctor prescribed me Rx on Thursday evening. Friday evening I went to CVS to pick up my Rx and apparently they gave to Rx to some stranger.
Pharmacy has trouble with my medicine in stock and it causes me great suffering
