Hill City Pharmacy

They were great in the beginning over time gotten worse. Charging for things that insurance would pay for. Staff has been rude not answering questions and always blaming someone else for their mistakes. I am considering moving my business else where. only plus side is they do deliver to your house if needed.

I’ve been long overdue in writing a salutary review for Hill City Pharmacy downtown. They always go out of their way to be helpful and are true professionals. I was a regular customer of another pharmacy for several years and put up with constant errors, misinformation and very poor customer service. Hill City is fabulous and the fact that they deliver is such a bonus during the pandemic or when one is not feeling well. Keep up the EXCELLENT work!!

I love this pharmacy. I used to use one of the big chain pharmacies in Lynchburg but the customer service was terrible. As soon as I began to fill prescriptions at the 5th Street location of Hill City Pharmacy things changed for the better. It only took a few weeks before the employees knew me by name. Everyone at Hill City is so friendly and willing to help. They also fill prescriptions much faster than the big pharmacy chain I used to go to. With Hill City Pharmacy I feel I can trust them and can go to them with any issues concerning my medicine. Also in the rare event that I had to purchase a medicine out of pocket I found that Hill City has very reasonable cash medication costs. I am very grateful to have a personal, home-town pharmacy to do business with. I recommend Hill City Pharmacy to anyone that will listen. You guys are a cut above the rest!

Use to be really great. Last few times service has been so slow. Today topped the cake. Hopefully will get better soon.
