The experience was great, due to the great costumer service. Brant was so helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure our party was accommodated. We had an issue with the booking, which was my fault, but Brant was so kind with trying to help us get everything straightened out. He managed to get us a room and the stay was great. The room was super clean and it was nice they had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash containers in the shower, so we didn't have to worry about running out. Definitely would stay here again!
Overall, a good stay. I would give 5 stars, but the bed was horrible for my back.
Great location in Waynesboro,Virginia surrounded by restaurants, grocery stores, and family entertainment venues. The employees were very nice and helpful throughout my stay there. EXCELLENT service, keep up the good work !!
So uhm when i put my face on the pillow my face turned red but hey it was pretty good ngl we ate at the cracker barrel before we left then we went to downtown charlottesvile i spelt i wrong idc we went to the next hotel our main hotel residence INN by downtown mall it was fine yknowwwwww
Our room was very clean and the beds and linens were very comfortable! The rooms had a microwave and a good-sized refrigerator. The products they provided for use in the bathroom (shampoo, bath wash, etc.) were high-quality. I chose this hotel because they allow dogs and only charged a small fee. I brought 2 dogs. There was an area to take your dogs to let them do their business, and they provided bags to collect the waste. Also, this hotel was convenient to restaurants, shops, etc.
