Hampton Inn Staunton

I stayed at approximately 8 Hampton Inns throughout Virginia, N.C., GA and Tenn. During 2020. I always chose Hampton Inn because of their nice hotels and friendly staff. This one is still nice and friendly. However, I was let down by the breakfast. Cereal, yogurt, bagels, etc. Not even juice??? The crazy thing is I don't see the lack of breakfast in the price of the room. Heading off for breakfast now. Maybe the next Hampton Inn tonight will have a better breakfast.

Traveling in the time of COVID has its challenges, but the super friendly and personable staff at this Hampton Inn made our stay wonderful. Visiting our son at Mary Baldwin, we opted to stay overnight as this place was only a 5 minute drive to campus. Food places are close by and the room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was prepared and served by staff. Overall great experience.

I stayed here for Shenandoah National Park visit. It is located not far from the highway and in close proximity to restaurants and a mall. The room was nice and clean. The staff was caring. My only advice is to build a direct walking access to nearby Applebee's. There is no need to drive there if I can walk in less than a minute.
