Check in/front desk professional and inviting.nParking is good felt safe.nRoom was fresh/clean, bed very comfy. I would definitely stay again

Stayed overnight from a Saturday - Sunday during the (technically) pandemic. They are pet-friendly! Late night front desk staff was courteous and offered the pets a treat. Room was neat, clean, and felt that way. Pretty sound-proof rooms (there are train tracks by the hotel, but we couldn't hear them at all from inside the room - facing from the back of the building, so don't know how it sounds from the front). Stand-up shower only in the 2x double-sized bed room. Towels were bagged and closed with a label. Simple, could accommodate 2-3 adult humans cozily, but easily, with everything you need for a stay - including fridge, safe, microwave, desk + chair. It's no 5* hotel, but why stay at one of those, when this feels well worth the price (do you really need a large screen TV, a tub with jets, etc. for a one night stay?)? Morning staff was also courteous and made sure the pets had a good stay, too. Also, if you get a room facing from the back of the building, there is exposed sheet rock, which makes for a really cool view! Would stay again.

This was a great stay until we encountered front desk Susan the next morning ...why is this person allowed to interact with guests? The staff is well aware of her attitude and rude disposition.5;

Room was very clean and comfortable. Hotel service desk was really friendly, helpful, and made check in and out very easy. The morning continental breakfast was average and enjoyable. The attendant taking care of the breakfast area was incredibly nice and was so good to my toddler, she was fantastic. I'd stay here again for sure.
