It was terrible. The beds were uncomfortable, pillows were way too soft. Felt like i was sleeping on the floor. Bugs in the room. Air conditioning didn't work. When I went outside to my get some items out from my truck, it had looked like someone through up on my back bed cover and smeared reeses all over the back.nMy family and I will definitely not be staying here again. If I could rate it a negative amount of stars, I would.
Not your average motel/ hotel which was excellent. Beds were comfy. TV needs to be mounted to the wall. 50 inch seems a little close to the bed. Also please buy some decent pillows. Should I recommend my pillow.
The cleanest places I've been to not only talking about hotels. This is a great place so happy I stopped here during my road trip
Sorry but the bed wasn't comfortable (too hard), the pillows just disappear when you lay on them (too soft), and the decor/color choices were ugly. The saving grace was the attractive glass shower but then the water pressure wasn't good at all. Liked the provided soap and shampoo, and they provided make-up remover in the bathroom which my wife had forgotten to pack. Room was clean but the AC made the room feel damp.
Amazing ambience and always clean. The staff is present and attentive without being overbearing. Nice gym, a place for kids or adults to unwind. Ample parking and RV friendly. If an evening bbq strikes your fancy they even have a grill for that. Housekeeping is on point and thorough. I will stay here everytime I am in Staunton, Va.
