Valley Extended Suites

This place is excellent! We stayed here for one night on our trip to see the mountains. Brand new facility, just opened in March. Very friendly receptionist at check-in! It's very clean, spacious and quiet. We couldn't figure out how to work the TV and the receptionist was very helpful and came up to our room to fix it for us. Perfect location about 2 miles off 64. A great experience, we will definitely come back to stay here!

Rooms are top notch and brand new. The beds are comfortable and having a kitchen for an extended stay is great as well. The best part though is the staff. They treat you well, help you with any need and are 100% genuine people. Choose this place for your stay.

Great place to stay! Especially if you don’t want to stay at a chain! Only complaints are not staffed 24/7 so if that’s an issue for you just be warned. And the rooms use a traditional brass key not a key card so they are less secure. Other than that great rooms!

My significant other and I had a very stressful week and we decided last minute to just get away. We found this place and I’m so glad we did! We had a long drive and I knew they closed at 8. I called them apologizing letting them know we wouldn’t arrive until 9 and to our surprise the guy at the front desk waited. He was so nice even though we were preventing him from clocking out on a Friday night. He never once seemed annoyed. The room was spotless and so cozy. It was quiet and peaceful. Perfect location as well. We couldn’t have been happier. And the price was amazing too! We loved it so much were going to come back next weekend and we’re bringing family. I strongly recommend Valley Extended Suites.

Great family run establishment. Spent a very EXTENDED stay there, and it was amazing. Staff is friendly and helpful. On call 24 hours. Handicap accessible. Rooms are well furnished and modern. Housekeeping is insanely good at their job. Hands down the best experience I have ever had in an extended stay type of hotel. Cannot say enough praise for this place. If you are planning to stay in Staunton/Augusta County, this is definitely the place to do it.
