Wonderful new owners who live on site in main building willing to help with any needs you may have at any time. The manager Penny and owner Greg both have went above and beyond to help restore the well being of this location. She helped me with some financial issues I was having on her on doing and even keeps in constant contact with me whenever I have questions or needs for my room or even personal situations I was experiencing. They have started remodeling rooms and the outside of the business. I would highly recommend this live in motel if your looking for a family friendly place to live.

Highly recommend! Love living here permanently even though it is a live in motel. The new owners are personable and always on call for whatever you need. Don't hesitate to call and ask any questions you may have and absolutely love the lady Penny that runs the front office and also lives on site there. New owners really brought the best out of this place.

Great service all around with new owners. Pleased to say my room was spotless and had all new appliances plus bedding and anything to accommodate you from the second you get there. They repaint before each new tenant and full furnish each room. It's a great atmosphere all around with all the other tenants who live there. Last summer they even did a community cookout for everyone, provided food, drinks and a good time for anyone who wanted to join.

The new owner never lets anything broken or messed up go without getting fixed, they work with you when you are going through hard times and will help in any way, shape, or form. Truly amazing people that will go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, welcomed and at home in a live in motel .its a completely different place then how it was when I first moved in with the past owners. Anyone looking for a cheap place to live should definitely contact penny or Greg for any assistance with pricing or really any questions you may have.

I see alot of reviews about the new owners being posted recently but thought I'd still put my input in too. They really are wonderful people who live there. Remodeling the rooms and outside of the motel to accommodate everyone. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay at! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new place to stay or live.
