Pretty good, but I can rent a house for the price they ask, but that's most places of it's kind. Other tenants are quiet as well. So no loud music and nonsense, like city apartments.

Very cheap place and the owner is very chill is not in your business at all but we've been having issue with hot water for about 2 weeks but yesterday the water the hot water got cut back on roaches but you get what you pay for

Great place stayed cause my rig was down and the owners were more than friendly.

Good luck having hot water. Roaches were terrible... And management spoke to ppl about our business they had no right to nor obligation to. Including telling people we lived there that asked which is supposed to be part of a privacy protection. They were nice to face then 2 faced other wise which is sad bcuz management are the owners. If you dont have a place to live then it works and cheap but its a last resort.
