Kroger Pharmacy

Although most of the employees are friendly, the wait time to get your prescriptions is absolutely rediculous!?! The prescriptions are never ready when they say. It always takes much longer. In defense of the employees, I do think they are short handed and Kroger should hire more help for them. They do enough business to be able to afford more help. They should think of their customers and not want to keep inconveniencing them by making them wait for these extra long times for their prescriptions to be filled?????

I’ve been doing the drive through pickup because of Covid, it’s a bit of a wait but not that bad and I love that I don’t have to go inside.

No drive through and poor service indoors. Unable to get timely refills. Unable to reach per phone due to hold please and kept waiting x 5 times in one day. Have been a customer for many years but now thinking about going elsewhere.

I’ve been picking up my presecriptions here for a little over a year now, Every time i call to refill my prescription they give me a promised time to pick up my medication. Every. Single. Time. They fail to have my prescriptions on time. I have had to wait up to a week just to get my medication here before. If you’re able to i highly recommend filling your prescriptions elsewhere

The staff are friendly, but it takes forever for someone to attend to you. Sometimes it seems like if you’re at the counter they purposefully try not to look at you so they can finish what they’re doing. Being seen is also complicated by the terrible setup. Computer screens and prescription bags are hung to almost perfectly obscure sight lines between the workers and the customer wait spot. It’s maddening.
