CVS Pharmacy

Visit quite often n the staff is always friendly and my scripts are always ready. They keep up with my refills n txt me when they are ready. I wouldn't change pharmacies for anything.

The service ranges from very good to frequently incompetent. There have recently been many mis communications between the pharmacy and my Doctor.

I waited 1/2 hour from 8:00 pm to 8:30 pm last night with a tired 21/2 year old toddler just for the pharmacist to tell me she decided she wasn’t going to give me my prescription because she wasn’t familiar with my doctor. This is even after she had gone “researching” on the computer for a 1/2 hour and confirmed what I had told her -that the two other CVS’s in Harrisonburg have been giving me my medication every month for the past 7 years by that doctor!!! By the time she told me that she decided no, it was too late to go any where else!nn(I was vacationing at Wintergreen and didn’t want to drive all the way to Harrisonburg to refill it.). What is the point of having all the computers linked if the pharmacists aren’t going to trust each other professionally?nnNow I’m up at 630am, having spent a sleepless night in pain, and have to drive probably an hour and a half to get my medication.

Good clean store just expensive
