Copper Lantern Motor Lodge

Quaint quiet place very clean .nIt has the most amazing view from the rear window of the Quabog River. You can even walk 30 yards to the river and fish for trout . We will be back here soon

I've stayed at the Copper Lantern Motor Lodge more times than I can count and have enjoyed each stay. When I check out I can't wait to book my next reservation. I enjoy the peace and quiet, hearing the rainfall on the roof at night (when it does rain) and feeling like I've walked back in time.. Yes you've heard me correctly. The rooms are clean. They have air-conditioning during the summer and warm during the winter months... All the rooms have a large flat screen television w/cable, WiFi, refrigerator and coffee pot. In the morning I like finding a spot on the grounds which isn't hard to do and throwing down a blanket having my morning coffee and reading a book by the water. The rates are very reasonable and they do honor AARP, AAA and possibly Senior discounts. They are Pet Friendly except for CAT'S only because the owner is highly allergic so this is something you may wish to speak to the owners about upon making your reservation. Speaking of the owners they are one the nicest families you will meet. They are the types of owners (not your typical owners) that will go out of their way to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as they can possibly make it with them. The young woman who runs the front desk at night is a wonderful person and she to will do everything possible to accommodate you also. She is also very knowledgeable about Restaurants to have breakfast in the morning, dining in the evening or places to go for cocktails. She will also give you information needed of places that will deliver pizza, subs, chinese ect that will deliver right to your door at the Motor Lodge.nTo the Owners and StaffnThank you Kindly for your wonderful accommodations and such a warm reception when I always return and for going above and beyond to make make sure I'm so comfortable while with you. As soon as I'm all healed from my surgeries this past summer and throughout December I will be returning.nnYou can call ahead to make reservations and they will hold the room for you with a credit card and will not change your card until you check-in also they are handicapped accessiblennAgain to the Owners and the staff Thank you again for being so kind and courteous .

I really enjoyed staying here! They were very kind and friendly. Beds were SUPER comfy and the rooms were very clean

The owner of this motel is the sweetest! He is so friendly and helpful, all the rooms are extremely clean and the back yard is beautiful! The tv was big and the rooms were spotless. I loved our stay here! Highly recommend! Thank you ken!

This place was beautiful, so clean and the staff was great! Very friendly people. I had a wedding close by and my entire family loved it here. Very wonderful motel
