Holiday Inn Express & Suites Providence-Woonsocket

It was extremely clean, and had great amenities for the price I paid! The front desk staff were polite, nice, and, one in particular, had a lot of character. She was quite animated, and great to talk to. She made sure that, no matter how small the request, or what it may be, don't hesitate to call her/the front desk. The room was comfortable, and also quite functional, more so than anticipated, or than I've seen before! They also included things in the bathroom I had not experienced before, including a mini sewing kit, in case of a clothing emergency! I was quite impressed with everything the room offered, for an extremely reasonable price. I mentally compared it to another hotel I had stayed at in the general vicinity, and this one definitely won out, for what you got compared to the price paid. I paid less at this hotel, got a bigger bed, and all amenities! Due to Covid, however, the pool was closed, but that was, to me, to be expected. I took photos of my room before fully settling in. I hope you are able to see the comfort and functionality. Hats off to the cleaning people, as they did a fantastic job of keeping it spotless, as well as the service desk and front end of the hotel, for marking appropriate space for social distancing, keeping stands of hand sanitizer in the main areas, separate holders for clean and dirty pens, and giving instructions in the elevator on how to keep clean and safe, both while riding, and after you get off. Definitely will stay here again, should the need/opportunity present itself!

The rooms are very clean. There are hand sanitizer stations everywhere. The people who work there and own it are wonderful. Enjoyed our stay alot.

This place was so clean and nicely decorated, rooms was so nice and comfortable, this is the BEST HOTEL I have ever stayed in.

Staff is friendly, kind, and courteous. Pool closed due to covid-19 but other than that our stay was pleasant
