Every time I am impressed at how the service is here. Today my sons bike needed a quick part they had it in stock and made it possible so his bike was ready for his trip. This is the second time we have been in and both times they exceeded my expectations! Friendly and knowledgeable customer service! We will buy and service our bikes here!

DO NOT bring your bike here to get worked on. I broke a pulley and wanted it converted tubeless so I brought it in, they told me it would take 1 week. After 3 weeks I finally go pick it up, only to find out they didn’t even convert it tubeless and they charged me $32 for one pulley, then they tell me it isn’t shifting correctly and I need a new chain, even though it was perfectly fine till the pulley broke. They also said I was missing part of my axle so I needed a new wheel and new forks? I got it home and the axle isn’t missing anything I don’t think they know what they’re talking about. Definitely will not be taking any of my bikes to this shop again.

Great bike shop! I bought a bike here last year and I have always had a positive experience with the staff. They are attentive and friendly. I recently took it in for servicing and they finished early, and my bike now runs very smoothly. They sell a good selection of accessories for road bikes and mountain bikes, mostly premium brands. Definitely some very cool stuff! Check them out if you're in the area.

Spent several hundred dollars on maintenance and repairs. Team didn't install my chain rings correctly, and I had to bring the bike back. Team got it fixed. Took the bike out again and 50 miles into my ride the back wheel came off because team didn't put it on tight enough when they fixed their first mistake. It's a real bummer because I wanted to like this team but the quality of the work in my experience so far has been sub-par. Highly recommend always checking your gear on your own after anyone touches your bike...even if it's a dealer shop. Buying a bike from here is one thing but getting it repaired is another. I'd look elsewhere if you need repairs or maintenance. Lots of other options in town. This team just isn't quite there yet.

Standout service from Timp Cyclery. They really went above and beyond - they contacted the manufacturer of my brakes about a recall that happened years ago to save me some money. In my experience they're a non-judgy, friendly shop looking to do the best they can for their customers. Highly recommend.
