Do not move here! This place looks nice but once you move in the apartments are in poor condition. We discovered mold in our washing machine, our kitchen sink fell out of the island, there’s always urine in the elevator, and dog poop in the stairwell. The rent is too high for the quality of this building. It’s not worth the money. There are plenty of other places to live in the area.
Horrible and shady management. They actively suppress negative opinions about their business by abstracting out each location into their own google review. Make no mistake, this building is owned and operated by bostonpropertyventures.com.
