My family and I stopped to shop here back in 2019 during our Alaska Cruise. I was impressed with the selection and the prices in my opinion.nnI made the vast majority of my purchases on this cruise at this location during the stop in Ketchikan. The boardwalk will basically take you all the way from where your cruise ship is docked all the way to Tongass Trading Company. So prepare to walk a fair bit.nnMy whole family also bought clothing, souvenirs etc. The service was efficient and courteous.
Marcella is the absolute best salesperson I have ever encountered. She knows everything about every product in the store. She helped me pick out the perfect jacket. Thank you!

I wish I could give zero stars. It's hard to shop local when the prices are that high. Not to mention the manager sends his minion to check on their competitors prices down the street. Which are much more comparable to online prices. These guys are just ripping people off. Shame all around. Who cares where I work. I have also lived here 30 years. I wouldn't order online so much if your prices weren't so damn high.
