I had three other roofers give me estimates and none of them told me I needed to replace any of my my boards to my garage roof, which surprised me.nnSean with Best Roofing noticed the particle boards were wet with mold and a couple had mushrooms!nnSean recommended I replace all boards with plywood and my boyfriend and I agreed.nnSean had samples and explained what needed to get done.
