I worked for this place and I loved some people I worked with. I didn't like the management the owners hired on. He made it hard and uncomfortable for me because I was pregnant. The new management team is AMAZING!!! They are efficient in their job and actually care about employees and the hotel. I would definitely work there again! I have seen the remodel and it's just beautiful ❤ufe0f I would recommend the Sure Stay because you want to stay where you feel comfortable. I will say this when I was on maternity leave, I wasn't sad to see 3 employees leave.... Some employees make a nice place trashy ud83eudd37ud83cudffb‍♀ufe0f

The hotel was an older place but was clean and comfortable, most of all in the room we had it was extremely quiet. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. We travel with a small dog and management was pleasant and most accommodating. The price was as it should be. Didn't go to breakfast so can't rate but the coffee was good. Thank you Moses Lake Shilo Inn for a pleasant overnight stay.

The check in process was easy and the rates were affordable but the remodel of the upstairs made it so I couldn't extend my stay and there was active construction going on. Really awesome water pressure and SUPER hot water which was a big positive for me. Free, well lit parking right next to a 24 hour gas station/truck stop (not noisy enough to bother me and I'm a light sleeper). My one gripe would have to be the AC unit... I wanted the ambient noise to drown out the completely booked hotel and construction but there was only an auto temp setting which kept turning the noisy ac on and off... Switched to fan but it was HOT in my room all night.

Stayed here in the past and it was great! It's a new chain now and it wasn't so great. Lots of construction and no elevator. Breakfast is a joke. The room is horrible and the attendants attitude was worse. I didn't think she worked there at first because she looked like she just walked in off the street. She was irritated when I asked for more waffle batter and very unfriendly. I wouldn't recommend this place and won't be back either.

Reserved at full price, not knowing they were under remodel construction. No elevator to second floor, so difficult hauling baggage upstairs. First room didn't have cold water (plumbing not done right) and a wall mounted AC unit with the controls on top was mounted up near the ceiling. Second room after being moved had the hot and cold water backwards. So much for quality control during construction. Computer in lobby didn't have printer setup. Still had to pay full price. Won't be staying there again.
