This is by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. We stayed for the 4th of July. It was a last minute trip to Port Angeles, so we knew the hotel wasn’t going to be too extravagant. Upon check in, we were one of the first to get there at 3pm and it took quite a while to get checked in. Only one guy checking people in, Skeeter. He was great, but that was the only thing great about the hotel. There was a huge line it took two hours to get all the guests checked in that were standing in line waiting. A few guests were coming from their rooms they just got and said they weren’t cleaned yet and had to wait well past check in time to be able to actually go into their rooms. We got put in the first room, AC had a wire hanging out of it and didn’t work. Went back to the office and got a different room, this one the toilet was broken at the back and water was spilling out every time it was flushed. Went back again and got put in a different room where the toilet just barely flushed. It would just fill up with water. I was sick of changing rooms at this point. We were told we couldn’t cancel our reservation or get refunded. There weren’t any other available rooms so we stayed since it was only one night, right? Well the refrigerator barely worked, the wall in the bathroom had black stuff on the base of the wall and there were cobwebs on the ceiling. Not only that, any time your neighbor flushed, washed their hands, or took a shower you could hear it. What bothered me the most is how terribly kept this hotel is. We ended up checking out that night at 11pm. Save your money on this one guys. It was terrible. Stick with the Red Lion Hotel.nI appreciated Skeeters attempt to make everyone feel accommodated, but with the state of this hotel it was basically impossible. Props to him for trying his hardest. All the customers in the lobby truly felt for him as he was really struggling to get all of these people checked in quickly and painlessly.

We choose to stay at this place because of the convenience of breakfast. Their webpage indicated that it was included in the form of “Individually-wrapped food options available for breakfast”. There was NONE. Lobby/office was still closed at 7:30 AM. Their rooms are in pretty bad shape. When entering the room, it was pretty dusty, beds not done, and asked for a second room. THEIR RUNNING WATER HAD RUST RESIDUES. Look for other options if you can, unless is extremely necessary to stay here. Never coming back here.

The staff was friendly and professional. Will do what they need to do so you have a great night stay. Compared to other hotels in the area a better choice. Eloria was very helpful, I’d stay again. Army Vet.

Was here on a road trip beginning of June 2019. When I originally checked out the hotel online it said that one was able to pay in cash and had checked the online cancelation policy (which had said you could cancel the day of free of charge). Which is false. They would only take a credit card. When I went to cancel they refused to cancel because the manager said it was past the 24 hr mark and the card would still be charged for the night even if one didn't stay. I had to call the booking place that I had reserved through to complain about this policy that they were promoting and they were willing to work with me but when they tried calling the front desk manager (same people I spoke to) and they couldn't get anywhere with this manager. I requested to speak with the hotel manager and was told that the hotel manager was out for the next few days and they weren't allowed to contact them for any reason and when asked about the District or regional manager they gave me a huge huff. I asked if I could have a 1st floor room and she was at that point allowing me to give them cash and allowed that. I was given a room on the first floor. As I left the office she reminded me that anything that was dented or damaged would be taken off my card as a threat. So when I entered the room I videoed the entrance and took pictures off all the previous damage of the room because I was not about to be taken advantage of by this extremely rude and impolite staff. I would recommend finding another hotel or hiring better staff, but then again who wants to live in the edge of nowhere?

The microwave turntable didn't turn, the refrigerator froze everything in it and there was a dirty towel in the bathroom. It said because of covid it would be a grab and go breakfast. There were no breakfasts out. I had to ask at the desk about it so they put it together for me. The front desk people were very gracious.
