Quality Inn Uptown

I stay here every few months and sometimes every few weeks depending on what I have scheduled in Port Angeles. Quality Inn Uptown is the best of the best. The rooms are always very clean, the beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms are spacious and well appointed. Parking is spacious and ample and the lot is well lighted and safe at night. The staff at this property excels in customer service. They're friendly, always smiling (even with COVID masks on you can tell they're smiling), and have great senses of humor. I've never felt rushed or that my needs and concerns were brushed aside, and they do go out of their way to accommodate my picky nature when it comes to where I want to be situated on my visits. All in all, I wouldn't look anywhere else when in Port Angeles, and I highly recommend Quality Inn Uptown as THE place to stay!

Good location for the northern part of Olympic National Park. Clean room and comfortable bed. Little odd that the a/c is in the bathroom but visiting in Sept that wasn’t so important. Breakfast was modified because of Covid-19 (grab and go) but was good and a welcome surprise (most other places had no breakfast)

Great service and clean rooms, even though it's an der motel. Its nice.

My room was on the third floor and I had to walk up the stairs which were not covered so I was getting rained on as I carried both of my bags up two flights of stairs in the pitch dark. As I was walking back down to my car to get something else I almost slipped luckily I caught myself otherwise I would’ve probably fallen down several stairs. No one was wearing masks!!! I was not welcomed when I arrived by any of the staff. And when I went in to check in and the Woman who was the manager was quite rude. My room smelled Terrible there was hair on my pillow. And a thick layer of dust on the dresser as if it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. I will not stay at this hotel again!!!

Great view. Excellent Contenental breakfast. Clean & comfy.
