Glacier Peaks Hotel

The beds are great. There is a real breakfast, even though it is in a go bag and you microwave it. Staff is super friendly and helpful. I would recommend this location to anyone traveling through.

They are serious about wearing masks. No breakfast as a result of the pandemic. Will not clean your room until checkout another response to the pandemic. Rooms were clean staff was helpful.

The manager Rola Salors has no customer service or people skills is very unprofessional. You show up at the hotel they can’t find reservations and you go to check out claim their system is down”we will make copies of your card” or came back later. Inconveniencing the customer. She talked over the customer and when we disagreed with leaving copies of our cards she rolled her eyes at us. I said don’t roll your eyes at please be professional she said security. It’s sad her unprofessionalism and in ability to regulate her emotions or problem solve and she made the situation worse by raising her voice with childish acts. Be ware

Hotel was nice but due tncovid nothing was open and I feel like there precautions were way to drastic
