CVS

The line inside the store can be outrageously long. Some pharmacy techs are so kind and sweet but others are extremely rude... It might have to do with the fact that they are very understaffed. On top of that, I have been hung up on multiple times or on hold for 10+ minutes. I hope they can get more help.

If I could give negative stars I would. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. Lisa is a miserable person and should find a new profession. I was trying to see if they had received the refill that my doctor had just sent over. After Lisa put me on hold for 5 minutes I was told that they were going to need to make sure it was ok with my doctor that they refilled it. I was confused why they would need that as I was on the phone with my doctor when she sent it over. I just had surgery three days ago, and was going through my pain meds fast because I was having a hard time keeping them down. I had contacted my doctor the day before to ask about an anti-nausea medication, which she sent in, but CVS failed to tell me was received or ready. I was asking questions about how I was to make sure I'd be able to get my medication, what I needed to do, what CVS was going to do, etc and Lisa informed me that she had people in front of her and that they'd deal with me later. After several attempts of trying to get information from her about what I needed to do and getting convoluted answers from her which made me ask more questions, she hung up on me! Worst experience ever. I will no longer be doing any business at CVS.

I don't know why this pharmacy has so many negative reviews. I got a prescription from the doctor this morning. I stopped in (without even calling) around 4pm this afternoon, and they had already filled it. They were ready so quickly I even had to ask them to wait while I picked out some over the counter allergy meds and I was able to pay for everything together.nnMaybe I was lucky that there was no line? I thought for sure there would be at this time, but I was in and out in 3 minutes.

Well this cvs was awesome . No longer open 24hrs, thus not so convenient...anymore ud83dude1e

Apparently CVS corporate needs to pay and/or treat their employees better so they actually can keep employees and not be so short staffed all the time!! Due to them being so short they are all SO rude and never answer the phones. I work for a medical office and can't even get through to anyone on the provider line. There have been times the phone gets disconnected after I've been on hold for 30 mins! If you can't stay staffed then maybe it is time to close this location.
