Quality Inn Bentonville-Rogers

The room that was reserved for me was occupied by someone else. They gave me the keys and entered the reserved room but it was occupied by some else. Because bed was not made and clothes were everywhere in the room. I went to reception and told them it was occupied they did not wanna believe. They quite don’t know what’s going on their hotel. Anyway, they have assigned me another room but this was completely bizarre.

The staff here are not friendly or considerate. I made in late cause of the weather and then I was just falling asleep when the fire alarm started screaming and they took for ever to shut it off. After all that it took a while to get rid of the headache that I gotten from being abruptly awaken abd the screaming alarm. I fell back asleep about 5:30 am or so, didn't even made it to breakfast and then I was told that I needed to check out by 11 am. This was definitely the worst choice, I probably would have gotten better quality sleep in my car and I wouldn't have wasted money on a room.

Room 232 doble queen bed the toilet is not holding the water the lid inside the bow is broke ( I don't understand why don't yall fix something that easy) the door on the shower doesn't close properly, the water knob it's not working so you gotta take a hot shower.nnI will never come back,stay away from this hotel.

Seem like it was a really good deal for the motel rooms and they're nice and clean
