Black Swan Inn

We stayed here for our anniversary and LOVED it! The staff was great and very professional. The room was fantastic and it was obvious that a lot of thought and work went into its creation. The ambiance was awesome walking in with low lights and soft spa-like music playing in the background. Loved the jetted tub ud83dudc4cud83cudffc Our breakfast was delivered to our doorstep. Overall, it was a great experience... only wish we could have stayed longer! We’ll definitely be staying here again!

It pains me to leave only four stars for them. The concept of this inn is wonderful, and management did make a genuine effort to accommodate for my concerns. If you go to Destinations Inn, under the same ownership, you will find Black Swan to be disappointing. The pricing is the same, but Black Swan doesn’t have the same level of amenities. While the manager did what he could to improve our stay, I would rather they take an honest look at making the quality of their locations consistent, instead of just working to appease one disappointed customer. I tipped the front desk associate $20 for our one night stay because I appreciated his efforts, but was treated less than courteously by the one who worked the morning shift the next day.

Comfy bed, big hot tub & great shower ( 2 shower heads)!!!nOnly reason rating it 4 stars instead of 5, we had problems with our room door being locked , 2 people opened our door. & it needs room darkening curtains. Couldn’t sleep past 8 am.

We aren't even done with our stay but I already feel confident enough to leave this review. As newly weds, we were worried that coming to a themed hotel might be a little tacky or gross, but the grounds and even lobby interior were very clean and refined. Our greeter was friendly and room (Atlantis) was so cool! We met a couple who said they come here every year for their anniversary and I dont blame them! The art in the room was stunning and detailed, bed was nice and comfy and clean. We had a mishap with our tub, it wasn't working at all. We called the lobby and the owner himself actually reached out to us and worked out for the next morning a maintenance guy (Rhett) to come look. Rhett came right on time, was very welcoming, solved our issue quickly, and even gave us two bathbombs on the house for any inconvenience! The breakfast baskets are so cute and satisfying, we will definitely be returning.

I’ve stayed here twice now in 3 different rooms and each time has been amazing! The rooms are incredibly detailed with murals, lighting, and music playing when you arrive. The bathrooms have solid doors, unlike a lot of other theme hotels lol. The front desk is kind and helpful, they were also able to provide us with vegan breakfast options. The location is good and walking distance to restaurants and shops. Our favorites are the Sea Cave and Egyptian. We’ll be back to try more! :)
