Travelodge by Wyndham Pocatello

Front desk agents were great in helping us with everything we needed. Right as we got to the room we noticed it did not look ready for new guests. Trash on the bathroom counter along with an empty toilet paper roll. The room was so so so dirty, I dont actually think it has ever been clean. There were no towels, the lamps didnt work and it was very dark and cold. Heater smelled awful and was super loud. It felt disgusting. I would not advise anyone to stay here- it is not worth it. I promise. After we talked to guest services we were moved to a slightly better room. Still very dirty but there was not a single roll of toilet paper and no hand soap and not even any blankets on the bed. I actually think the giant spider in there deserved the space. Best decision is to go somewhere else, the whole place- rooms, hallways and outside- need cleaning and some major work done- not enough outlets for all of the utilities, holes in the walls, nasty stains on all the furniture. I only wish I knew before booking.

Not bad...could be cleaner...i heard maybe the homeless were placed here by the government. Lots of trash around outside but appears they are trying to clean it up. Was told no fridge in room however my room has one. Regardless place needs some work.

Nice enough. Not superior, but nice. Safe. No problems with our room or staff.

Stay elsewhere. Don't expect cleans rooms. Food and other stuff on the floor, apparent feces smeared on the bathroom door frame, heater didn't work (it was cold!!!)nDesk clerk was very quick to change rooms, very apologetic, but the second room was only marginally better -- no food, no feces, but floor appeared un-vacuumed. Beds were neat and clean, and the heater worked.
