Worst hotel experience I have ever had!! Please do not stay here. Not only is the hotel old and run down (which was fine as I needed a hotel close to the hospital ASAP due to a traveling 4 hours a couple times a week because we have a family member in the hospital) but the staff yelled at both my husband and I over a $15 pet fee. Again, not a big deal as we did have a support animal. They threatened my husband with an additional $50 charge. We were told to leave in 10 minutes or they were calling the cops on us. Again, fine we will leave as we needed to get to the hospital anyways. After packing our things and delivering them to our car in about 5 minutes I walked to the front desk and asked to speak with a manager and I was told that I was looking at them. There were 3 employees standing and I tried to calmly speak with 3 staff members about it and why there was a miscommunication, why it was not disclosed and it escalated in about 1 second as one of three staff members rose her voice at me and it turned into a verbal dispute with two staff members and myself. There was no listening, no reasoning with them. With both my husband and myself there was yelling by staff, profanity, intimidation, threats of additional unjustified charges. I have never been treated so horribly by a business. These people have to right to be working with the public and lack customer service and professionalism.

They steal you’re money from you’re card as soon they have a chance. Rude; ignorant, there are better hotels with the same rate of the prices. Dishonest; just last night this guy ran my card 2 times after I left and charged $500 on top of the room prices; and as soon as I figured it out I called back and he hung up on me and sarcastically said before “have your lawyer call me back” do not trust them at all. 03/27/2021.

The service is great! But they need to figure out how to clean better and make sure there are remotes for the T.V.

Front desk person very professional. Management very accommadating. Room very clean. Enjoyed our stay.

I wasn't expecting fancy but I was expecting more overall as a whole. The failure was in the effort. 100% controllable. Go in the extra mile making sure that the details get hit those were the things that were lacking.
