Apria Healthcare

My husband needs supplies while we are on a 5 1/2 month trip and can not get them at all. We have tried several times to get them, but to no avail. Now he can't use his machine because he does not have a usable mask. Apria does not seem to care. My husband has contacted his doctor and they have sent everything Apria needs. Still no supplies and no phone call. Finally he called again and now Apria blames Medicare for cancelling the order. No phone call to us to explain. What are we to do? We were told he had to see his doctor face to face. How can we when we are 2000 miles away and won't be home for another two and one half months? So for the next two and one half months he will not be able to use his machine. What then is waiting for us when we get home? ..... After having been in Canada and Alaska for two and one half months, we are now in Salmon, Idaho. We went to Apria here and got some results. He was able to get a mask. Thank you, Sherri Williams.
