Although I bought my Pivot Switchblade in Durango, they kindly submitted a warranty claim with Shimano for a faulty XT derailleur and had an XTR for upgrade. Competent Tech too.
I just purchased a Santa Cruz megatower through Mellow Velo. The guys there were awesome to deal with. I am located on the east coast in NY. They are shipping the bike across the country to me and were super helpful with all of my questions and concerns. I highly recommend these guys. I will be sending all my Ny buddies to them.
