My husband and I stayed here for Labor Day Weekend and were so glad we did! It’s close to town but secluded and serene. There are 25 sites, all of which have great views of the mountains. The hosts were very friendly and so were our neighbors. We will definitely be back!
I wouldn’t recommend this place simply for the sole reason that they’ve chosen not to open the restroom or shower facilities due to “Covid.” This information was not shared when I made my reservation. When traveling with a large family, I look for clean, open shower/ restroom amenities. They failed to provide. They say “Covid “ I say too lazy to maintain the facilities. I paid for 2 nights, stayed one since we arrived later in the evening. Our 2nd night was spent at the KOA in Steamboat where all the shower/ restroom facilities were open and very clean. Look before committing to your reservation.
Basic RV park just outside of Steamboat. Easy access for small or large RV's. Camp hosts were nice and helpful.
Stay here if you want a quiet, quaint, clean, peaceful RV resort with great views and great people. Don’t miss the 3/4 circles Sporting clays just down the road.
It was a horrible experience. Sharon started yelling at me as soon as I stepped out of the truck. She is very poor at customer service. We will never stay here again. Stay away. I think Sharon should be fired for treating people so bad. She is rude and has a bad attitude. It is also a dusty, windy gravel pit.
