I can’t wait to go back. It was the perfect setting for our 20th Anniversary. This was definitely one of the most beautiful relaxing places I have ever been. Be careful as the rocks getting to the cool pool are slippery and a few people slipped. Also go from cold pool to hot and take your time coming out of the hot pool. There are rocks that get steeper so you can come out very slowly. Prepare beforehand by being well hydrated and eat a few hours before. Enjoy!

*Update* The gentlemen that run Strawberry are amazing! After many inquiries the lovely staff opened up extra registration slots and it’s become a bit easier to enjoy the Springs during virus protocols. So many people were taking slots and not showing up. Remember to bring CASH ONLY. This is a beautifully planned & managed hot spring property. Take care and enjoy! Thank you Strawberry Hot Springs!nn****nnOriginally Written July 2020:nn1 Starnn||Sadly, the social control device virus has Strawberry Hot Springs SO LIMITED in allowed attendees that many folks will not get to experience it this summer.nnThe locals have booked reservations two weeks in advance, so anyone traveling through Steamboat wanting to hike & visit the water is out of luck.nnStop agreeing to be controlled—this virus isn’t real...especially now. And even if it was, visiting a hot spring is one of the best things we can do for our health and well-being. Come on guys.||

This was my first time coming during the day and not late at night. Fresh snow always makes it more magical. Unique place that I always have to hit.nnYou have to be weary of the road during the winter and make sure you’re prepared. Best paid hot springs I’ve ever been to.

Gorgeous hot springs that is family friendly during the day. I hesitated to bring my kids here but during daylight hours it is perfect. The hot pools are relaxing for adults and there is also cooler pools for the kids. Plenty of room to either sit and relax or swim and have fun. There is an adorable area next to the creek, lots of seating, and the surrounding mountains are breathtaking. This is now my favorite hot spring in Colorado. We will be back for sure!nAlso, we visited during COVID19. We felt that adequate precautions were taken to ensure the safety of guests. People wore masks when walking around and not in the pools and they limit the number of guests that can book a reservation at a given time making it easy to keep your distance from others. Great overall experience.

I came here many years ago and WOW they have upgraded. It was very relaxing and inviting. The Australian guy doesn't like it if you ask him if he's from Australia. Everyone else was very friendly! Can't wait to see what upgrades are made next time we go.
