Double booked our room , front desk denied doing so until provided receipt . Had to call cops before getting a refund . Worst hotel experience I’ve had in 30 years .
DO NOT STAY HERE! My husband stayed here for several weeks for work, and he called weekly to let them know to charge his card. On the last day AN HOUR BEFOR CHECKOUT, he went into the office to tell them he wouldn't be staying another week, and the owner said she ALREADY charged his card. She told him she would refund it, but after MONTHS of fighting with the bank, we couldn't get it back... we lost almost $300! They are lying crooks!!!!

Clean and affordable. If you don't mind the 80's decor it's great. You will be able to have fun in steamboat with out waisting money on lodging. Staff is also nice
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!nnWorst hotel/motel I’ve stayed at. I understand it is a discount motel, but BED BUGS should not be included.nnHave over 50 bites on my body. Did not get pictures of the bed or bugs, as bites appeared after checkout, about 12 hours later. Have pictures of bites across entire body.nnApproached management and they were absolutely awful to deal with. Rude, incompetent, and in total denial. Tried to tell me I got them from a restaurant in town. Someone please explain that to me.nnWill be working with department of health to get this issue resolved.
