Perfect birthday getaway with the family. Jenny was amazing, very welcoming and helpful. Setting was peaceful, and very dog friendly. Will gladly return.

Stayed in the yampa spot which was tiny but served very well for a solo trip. The property was lovely! No cell service for tmobile
Barry and Deb are the most awesome hosts. The property is in a beautiful setting with the Elk River right across the road. Complete seclusion was exactly what we were looking for. Saw deer routinely behind us from Bears Den Cabin which was incredibly clean, cozy and comfortable. Felt like we were visiting family. Will definitely be back whenever we are in the area. Close to the great outdoors!
Our cabin was so cozy and relaxing, a perfect snowy get away! We really felt at home with the kids too and would love to visit again, maybe in the summer next time!
