This is the second time my boyfriend and I have stayed here and have been helped by Tyler White, Rooms Division Manager. Tyler was amazing and so professional both times. He was quick to come up with solutions for anything we brought to his attention. He truly embodies a remarkable manager in the hospitality industry, and considering the year we had with Covid, that is hard to find. This property is very lucky to have Mr. Tyler White.
My stay here at the Hampton Inn has exceeded all expectations. Namely, the entire staff who shows what means to display professionalism and hospitality. Diane, Tyler, and the two Charles were ones that have went above and beyond. Rooms were clean, bed so comfortable, and all the vibes made for a wonderful vacation.
Quiet comfortable hotel with great staff. Conveniently located on bus routes or even a short walk to the stores. Shuttle to the slopes was great and very timely.

I’ve stayed here before and loved the location, staff and overall cleanliness of the hotel. Hilton properties are always nice to stay at but this stay was made extra special thanks to Charlie. I had a rough drive up from Denver only to find out I forgot my license :( The first room I was in faced the parking lot on ground level, which wasn’t ideal for a single woman. I asked if there was another room to be moved to and without hesitation Charlie gave me a room on the third floor. IT. IS. BEAUTIFUL. Thank you for the great service.
