We really enjoyed our stay here over the weekend! It was such a refreshing change of scenery and pleasantly surprised by how well managed the hotel is. Staff were very professional and helpful— Shana(?) was great! She made sure we had everything we needed and that our pup was welcomed at their hotel. The rooms were also apparently recently remodeled. I can’t tell the difference as it was my first time here, but rooms were clean and new.nnThe location of the hotel was also perfect! Close to literally everything— ski resort, restaurants, hot springs and was steps away from an abundance of trails in Steamboat Springs. Will definitely be back!

Room 208's door doesn't lock just give it a good push and it pops right open, who needs a key right!? Don't ask Kimberly the GM to help you with your door because she wont help and tell you to deal with it. So while your shredding you can worry if someone has made a quick run through of your room. Also we waited in our cars for and hour to get a clean room when check in was at 3 and we arrived at 5. Don't book third-party because then trying to get a refund or money back is next to impossible.

Five star for sure. Really don't know how it's 3.7.. five star rating for sure. It's not the Ritz-Carlton but i'm not spending $360 a night i've had one star experiences at $100 a night this one is a five star. Staff very friendly and professional extremely clean rooms.nnFor real can't believe it's only 3.7 stars ridiculous don't believe the naysayers

What more could you ask for for $100/night during Spring Break? Beautiful updated location, friendly desk staff, and great location. Bathroom was a little dated but now I’m just being picky.

Internet is great (90 Mbps download, 7 upload). Great location, clean rooms. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful as well.
