I was surprised at how much I liked this place. Extremely friendly staff, immaculately clean and people working hard to keep it that way the entire time. The Italian restaurant had great food too. Amazing value for the price. I would describe it as classic 70s charm especially if you get a suite off of the atrium.
I’ve stayed here many times for my child’s sporting events. The rooms are clean and location is great. They are dog friendly and do not charge extra pet fees. The staff is very helpful & super friendly! Dana & her manager helped me with a customer service issue and went above & beyond to assist me. The pool and breakfast are great and the Italian restaurant on the property is very good. I highly recommend this hotel if you are in Grand Junction.
Decent stay. The hotel was a bit noisy (you can hear neighbors/the hallway) but we just passed through for a night and it was fine. I really wanted to thank Christina and the housekeeping team for holding on to a necklace I left behind in my room and shipping back to me. That service is well worth it! Thank you. I would stay here again just due to that experience.
We’ve stayed here several times now and the service is just absolutely phenomenal. The rooms are very clean, and I love the atmosphere. The pool is also in a big area, so you’re not walking into an 85 degree super humid room when you want to sit in the hot tub. The covid-era breakfast is also very good. Best hotel in town, especially for the price.
They allow dogs and don't charge you for them unless there is damage done to the hotel. Room is clean and comfortable. My only complaint is the room location wasn't ideal for someone with a dog because of how thin the walls are you could hear doors slam from every direction. The front desk was efficient and helpful.
