Tru By Hilton Grand Junction Downtown

Excellent place to stay at in Grand Junction. The room was comfortable. Wish the pillows are better but I have this issue with all Hilton hotels. The hotel has an artsy, bright, ecletic and happy vibe. They have their own parking lot. They serve breakfast, which is decent - bagels, cereal, microwaveable bagel sandwiches, oatmeal, yogurt, eggs, juice, coffee and fruits. We pretty much kept to our room but they also have happy hour. The best part of the room is the squeezable shampoo, gel, hand wash. Really liked this idea. The staff was very nice. Oh and they have a water filling station, which is awesome!! Will definitely stay here again when I visit Grand Junction.

This was the best little hotel - mostly because of the amazing service we received when we checked in. I didn't catch the name of the woman at the front desk but she was so kind and gave a great dinner recommendation (Taco Party - picked up a takeout order withinwalking distance, and enjoyed it near the outdoor fire pit at the hotel as we still aren't comfortable dining in a restaurant) ...we chatted with her a bit after dinner as well. Super lovely and again, the whole stay was just that much better because of her kindness and attitude! Rooms were spotless and while they are small, they're efficient and just what we were looking for...clean, straightforward amenities. Breakfast was awesome. Lots of offerings (hot and cold) and the buffet was well-laid out with sanitizer, gloves, etc. Again - major props to the wonderful front desk staff person the night of our stay (Sunday, March 21!)

Tiny rooms. Terrible breakfast. Pay for parking in a huge outdoor lot. On the upside: it’s new so the Ike’s style furniture in the rooms has not fallen apart yet, and the TV in the room is huge.

Beautiful, new hotel - really different approach then all the other Hilton chains. Small, functional and comfortable rooms, with a fun lobby to hang in with games, and a pool table. Simple breakfast, great coffee....great for a short stay if you do not have much luggage. Really friendly and helpful staff; Great location in Grand Junction, a block off all the restaurants. Great place.
