Best Western Grande River Inn & Suites

Rooms were very clean, shower was very hot, beds were comfortable! Close to restaurants. Staff was very nice. Only hiccup we had was our card keys would not work 2nd day but that was an easy fix and fixed quickly. Would definitely stay here again when back in this area.

The room was somewhat dirty, but the front desk lady Gena who checked us in as we arrived late the other night was very friendly and helpfull. The breakfast was decent and again the service was exceptional. Overall i Was pleased with the stay.

Excellent stay from top to bottom. Staff was super friendly and attentive/helpful, enjoyed the room and decor to include the lobby. Super comfortable bed, and excellent breakfast.nGreat location, close to highway but not close enough for noise, and many other food and shopping near by. Will always stay here when in the area.

Clean. Comfortable. But terrible neighborhood. Most definitely ghetto. Druggies everywhere including at the hotel and authorities removed one of them.

Great property! Clean room, doors that open right to the outside, pet friendly, friendly staff, breakfast & comfy beds and pillows! We liked it so much when we stopped on a road trip that we’re going to stay there on the way back, too.
