I recently spent 1 year and 5 months trying to get cpap supplies for a machine I got from them. When I attempted to find out what I needed to do I talked to many who had no clue. If you call locally you are almost assured that who you need to talk to is “ in a meeting “. I started from scratch with Aerocare (Lyncare’s competitor) and 1 month later I have my supplies. Go figure! I would steer clear of APS and Lyncare.

Run the other way if your physician refers you. The employees are rude. The service sucks. I have a concentrator and nebulizer and cpap supplies from them. Not once has anyone called to check on supplies etc. My oxygen delivery guy was the only nice one. As for billing, they send statements but their system says my acct doesn't exist. Guess that means I don't have to pay your bill. Again, run, do not do business with them. The insurance companies need to know how bad this company is

The current receptionist is rude, unhelpful and needs to be fired and her supervisor needs to learn to supervise people. I even attempted to complain about the service to no avail. Take your business elsewhere. I have tried to use this business for several years and always have issues, never receive good customer service, it takes several follow-up calls and I never get my CPAP supplies setup as promised or a call back from anyone. Worst Lincare EVER! Shame on you ....

Went in to pay the deductable and was told I couldn't pay with cash. The lady followed me out and physically accosted me and threw my money back in my face. Also told my wife if she returned her equipment that her insurance would drop her for refusing treatment. Poor customer service and scare tactics.
