City Market Pharmacy

Absolutely terrible, never using them again. My son had oral surgery this morning and needed his pain medication before his local anesthesia wore off. The doctor called in the rx and I arrived at 9:20 to pick it up. Apparently COVID vaccinations are far more important than people that NEED medication - the pharmacy only acknowledges vaxx customers from 9:00-10:00 am. I waited for them to finish the COVID vaccinations until 10:00 and then was promptly told I would have to wait another hour for the rx to be processed. When I explained the situation, they didn’t care. Awful experience!

The folks at the counter are efficient and helpful. This pharmacy is small and therefore I often find great products on the sale shelf.

I went to fill my prescription and because the pharmacy attendant was to lazy to perform her actual duties or lacked the knowledge to do them i was almost charged 52.00 for my medicine and i should've at best had a Co pay off 10.00 dollars. But she said my information was not in their system. Bologna i filled there before and as well as other city markets in town and her excuse after this being mentioned is i cant see any information on your insurance from here. Wow ok well puck up a phone or send and email. Really isn't too tough, to do that. Seriously. Not to mention the store is full of snobs and rude lazy employees that lack any type of customer service skills that would amount to anything. Nope this store is not the best I've been in at all.

If I could give this Pharmacy zero stars I would. My first time using City market in about 8 years and they messed everything up. Medicine that is supposed to be taken within 24 hours of symptoms and order not ready until 30 hours after my doctor calls it in. Price was supposed to be one thing and they charged double. Asked my doctor to change pharmacies for future refills. Won't do business with any City market pharmacy because of this. Trust the reviews ... I didn't and now I'm leaving the same type of bad review.

This place appears to need more people to operate properly? I went to pick up an antibiotic for my husband on a Sunday around 1:15 pm and was told it would be 30 minutes. So I waited longer than 30 minutes and returned only to be told that it would be another 20 minutes. I told the girl I had already been told to wait 30 minutes and her response was, “Yeah, sorry it’s just the pharmacist and I here so we are kinda busy.” Well I’m sorry but you never tens customer you are busy as your excuse for them having to wait. We then went to get the prescription later in the day and didn’t realize that the pharmacy closed at 5 pm. They saw my husband waiting while the gate was still open and all the girl could say is, “Sorry, we already pulled the cash out.” This is piss poor service and we will not be returning here to get prescriptions filled.
