City Market Pharmacy

Not sure why this pharmacy is getting such bad reviews. I've been going here for maybe 3 years now and I love it! The staff is awesome, the pharmacists are great & very knowledgeable, and my meds get refilled at a reasonable time; pharmacies in general are very busy, so it's common knowledge that no pharmacy can just refill a prescription in a few minutes. Anyways, I've never had any problems and I will continue going to this pharmacy as long as I live in Grand Junction! I absolutely love City Market, the staff, and the pharmacy!

Very inefficient and unfriendly. I stood in front of the pharmacy for an hour when told I could get my daughter's pain medication in 30 minutes. When I approached them to check on the progress, I find that no one communicated to anyone else that I was waiting and then was told I needed to wait another 45 minutes to an hour, as they were prioritizing COVID vaccines. I understand those are important, but I clearly indicated that I had a young child at home who needed her pain medication as she had just come out of a surgery. City Market is a friendly place, but their pharmacy is terrible. This is not the only problematic incident, just the latest. I will take my business elsewhere even if I am forced to go out of my way. Going to Wal-Greens is still in Clifton is still faster, more efficient and a better experience than dealing with this pharmacy. I hope changes for others but I have given up on them.

Worst pharmacy ever! This is the second times it's taken over three days to get a prescription. Everytime they tell me it will be in later that day only when I come in they tell me to come back later! Tired of being lied to everytime.!! Useless pharmacy, never going back!!!!

Will never go to this pharmacy again. My daughter had a dentist appointment today at 11:45am found out she has an infection under one of her teeth so she got some antibiotics prescribed to her which the dentist office sent over to this Pharmacy at her appointment even before she got out. My husband went a little before 5pm to pick it up and it had not even been filled yet. He went again after he got off work AFTER 8pm and it was still not ready yet.

Usually decent but for some reason I put in a refill of my meds the other day and was told that they’d be ready after 1pm the following day. I get here at 3:30 and am told I have to wait. Not given any estimated time, no where to sit and they won’t put my name over the intercom so I’m expected to just kind of sit around and wait in line over and over again until my meds are miraculously filled. Kind of annoying and mostly bad customer service
