Riviera Motel

This motel had been a wonderful place. At one point. We’ve had our vehicle broken into. There’s been a plague of bed bugs in the majority of the rooms. Sinks and toilets consistently backed up. Sediment and dirt clog the majority of the rooms. There are some questionable tenants. We’ve consistently brought to the managers attention things going wrong. And all of which was neglected and failed to acknowledge. I wouldn’t stay there. Especially if you have children. “Questionables” as mentioned. We’ve found pill bottles left everywhere. We found a drug needle laying under one of the carpets that was placed over the top of it. Asking around. Most of all rooms have had meth use inside them. None of which was taken care of properly. To our knowledge they just through some paint on it. Aggressive dogs are let out at all times of day. No leashes. My dog was actually attacked and I was to blame according to management. It’s just not a safe place altogether. As far as any positive reviews left here within the last two years. “Do Not Be Mislead” Hope to save some trouble and hassle.

Nicest ppl who ive met that opened their arms too my family. I wish i could have stayed longer.

Expensive, shower broken and pillowslip stunk like feet! Alsi only one channel worked on the cable. Do not recommend this hole in the ground.

Great location, excellent staff, very friendly, Michelle treats you like family, walking distance to downtown Florence, an antique buyers dream!!!!

Great family place with a community kitchen and free laundry for guests and residents. Friendly on site maintenance and cleaning crew.nUsually half full with monthly guests. Close to shopping. Grocery store, family dollar and carls, lol.nBars and restaurants liquor stores including a micro brewery within one block.nAsk for a ride to canon city or take one of the bikes. The staff are super friendly. Pet friendly.
