What an amazing company, we couldn’t be happier.The crew arrived on time each day, they respected our property and displayed excellent workmanship. When the project was done all the trash and waste debris was removed, our property looked cleaner than before Roofmasters arrived. We love our new roof, gutters, downspouts and vents! We highly recommended Roofmasters.

I have high respects for this company. They want to have a quality and transparent service. I had to go to different companies and would often refuse the job due to the height of the roof. Roofmasters was able to complete the task cleanly and efficiently.nnAs a customer there is an anxiety of knowing when you’re contractor would come and fix the project. Roofmasters removed that anxiety by giving me specific times and abiding by the time-slot. If they tell me they would be onsite at 0900 they are already setting up at 0830.nnIf I would have my roof fixed and repaired it would be with these guys. No headache! They were very respectful as well in talking to the client and they ensured that you communicated it well.

I'm a little late giving this review from the roofing job that Roofmasters did for me 2 months ago. I have nothing but good things to say about Roofmasters. I had bids from 3 different companies. I felt that the bid from Roofmasters seemed to include the most value for the number of things that I wanted included in this project (owens corning roofing, seamless gutters, steel gutter guards, 2 sun tunnels and a skylight). Also, the reviews online and certifications the business has earned, made me feel more assured that Roofmasters was a good vendor to engage.nnThere were no surprises. I did have to pay an extra $2k of dry rot repair, but was warned in advance with visible dry rot on the outside, that there may be dry rot under the roof that wasn't visible. Knowing there is dry rot around the house after home inspection, I wasn't surprised to have more boards replaced on this 35 year old house roof that never had a new roof from time it was built until now.nnAfter the initial quote (initial visit by owner was also very good), my conversations with questions on services, materials, requested changes through Jonathan in the office was excellent. He is a real value add in working with Roofmasters. He's extremely pleasant to work with, honest, helpful, fair, and patient with someone like me who has never gone through this before. And actually everyone who worked on the roof was excellent. The work was good quality and the team did an excellent job cleaning up after job each day. I highly recommend Roofmaster to anyone looking to install a new roof. Their service and workmanship are top notch. They have been around for years and there are many years left in the family members working in the business that you can feel more assured their 10 year warranty will be available for 10 years. Had Roofmasters out to my Walnut Creek home for a repair that they warranties for 2 years due to the area and slope of our roof. When the same area started leaking again, 3 years later they redid the repair at their cost. They were very quick to respond during their busiest time of year. We will schedule maintenance cleaning with them every other year.

These guys rock! I had a leaky roof with a very shallow rise/grade so it required a more specific type of fix. Roofmasters had the best prices and service that I found when shopping around and getting quotes. Their response time and communication was great—especially considering that many roofers, contractors, etc. tend to be booked months out and generally very busy around this time of year—but they got me put on their schedule and taken care of very quickly. Their team was fast, efficient and did a great job!
