Extended Stay America - San Francisco - Belmont

Definitely my top pick for hotels when visiting the area. Staff is interested in doing everything they can to help make your stay as comfortable as possible. The five stars is absolutely earned when it comes to cleanliness. In fact, the hotel is so impeccably clean, you might wonder if the hotel was built just last week. The parking lot is even kept up, spotless, just like the interior. The managers and staff are really the stars of the show, because you cannot have a hotel like this without good staffing!

Staying here made being away from home easy. They even allow your four legged family to stay with you. They gave excellent service. Ael was always on top of it calling us when we had a new package awaiting at the desk and Mark was very helpful every time we needed more towel and or bedding. Excellent stay! Excellent Service! Definitely recommend!

Really nice place,clean and quiet. Amazing and friendly staff. Everyone is great however Ashlyn is always in the front desk with her beautiful smile... 10/10 . I recommend this place .

Another great experience at ETA in Belmont and I really appreciate their help and service. I had stayed this location for 7 months for my work since June of 2020 and checked out on December 30 to leave for my family abroad. My flight was 11:30 pm so I asked them if a late check out was available so I could relax a bit and get ready for the trip not being rush. And they let me do the late check out with no extra charge, but a big smile and nice words as always. I felt like it was a holiday gift for me from them and thanked them a lot. It was a wonderful experience for the entire stay with them in any and every aspect when it comes to “staying at a hotel” and will definitely come back here after my trip. I can’t wait to see their big smile. Thank you all in ETA Belmont again, Happy New Year, and see you soon!

Absolutely loved staying here! Very clean hotel and very friendly staff. Ashlyn their front desk person always greeted us with a friendly smile and great attitude. Nazmeen the manager was also very friendly and kind. My children loved it here even though they had to be away from home. Most definitely recommend.❤
