Hyatt House Belmont/Redwood Shores

I stayed here Valentines day (which is also my bday) i was informed about the 500 dollar deposit for room damages which is fine. Then i got in the room and slowly saw more and more damages to the walls that were kinda hidden and other things throughout the day and had to call the front desk and inform them about the damages i saw so i wouldn't be charged. I called about twice and after that saw more damages. That made my stay not as pleasant due to the rooms damages and just thinking about if theyre gonna charge me for those damages or not. It wouldve been nice to know about the damages in the room already when we got there. I'm also a member

Roomy rooms and great service. However, during Covid has been a bit sketchy with sketchy people around the hotel and doesn’t feel very safe. Oh, and in the Belmont newspaper, two people overdosed and died at the hotel recently.

Very Nice Business Hotel. You can devour a whale one bite at a time, starting from this nice residence. Very quite location and kind staffs. For food, no need to be excessively concerned. Nice breakfast buffet. This house might enormously affect your nice perception on Hyatt in nice way.

Group of teenagers had a party 2 night in a row. Hotel didn’t react on this. I can’t sleep for a 2 nights

The pull out couch bed has visible pee stains. It was disgusting.
