Extended Stay America - San Francisco - San Mateo - SFO

It was really nice and the staff there was awesome they understood my issues when i couldn't get money on my card and worked with me to where i was able to figure everything out. The staff there is what made my stay there a great experience. The entire staff have great personalities. Thank you to the staff.

The front desk lady Anna is probably one of the rudest people I have ever met. Not only is she unprofessional but makes going into the office uncomfortable. The hotel is currently not provind breakfast snd the cleaning service is less than two stars.

I highly commend these 2 employees, Ruby & Gerardo, who work in the check in area at San Mateo, CA Extended Stay America hotel. Ruby made sure that our 2 months hotel stay would make us as comfortable as possible and provided us with thorough info of the hotel & other important things we need to know. Both Ruby & Gerardo were very friendly & accommodating and they made us feel at ease & happy. This hotel is so modern, beautifully decorated & close to shops & restaurants. We will certainly stay at other extended stay in the future & we even plan to stay more months at the same San Mateo ESA. We’re glad that you hired these 2 excellent employees. Thank you
